I am always looking for something "new" and i never know unitl i find it. ha.ha. I am really looking for a GOOD coloring option. I don't like copics or chalk or markers...but, i have to use them...chalk is becoming more popular in my work. what about chalk that doesn't make a mess?!?!?

isn't this Christmas Tree fairy a copyrighted design of the estate of Cicely Mary Barker the writer and artist who designed all of the flower fairy books that I cherished as a child?

Yes, this image is manufactured by a company called Crafter's Companion. The original art is by Cicely Mary Barker, which is probably out of it's copyright domain or has been licensed by that company for manufacturing rubber stamps.
